Therapists at our partner sites deliver high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining caseloads, documenting accurately, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a psychologist or eligible licensed professional in the applicable state.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload.
• Participate in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
