Job summary

ARC Health partners is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our network of partner practices across multiple states. You will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on ongoing caseload management and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and accurate documentation, while collaborating with a supportive clinical team under ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the applicable state (PhD/PsyD/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently and work with various modalities.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload and coordinate with clinical team.
• Participate in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
