Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide outpatient psychotherapy across partner practices in multiple states. Roles include independent therapy delivery, assessments, and treatment planning with support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the applicable state (PhD/PsyD or LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Participate in supervision, consultation, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
