ARC Health partners with clinician-led practices to offer licensed mental health therapy opportunities across multiple states. Roles include in-person, hybrid, or remote work with flexible scheduling and diverse client populations.

Therapists provide psychotherapy, complete documentation, manage caseloads, and collaborate with a clinical team; opportunities vary by practice and compensation may include net collections, hourly rate, or salary.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice in the applicable state (Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload.
• Participate in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
