Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Licensed medication tech with state-approved training.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies for medication administration.
• Note and report medication errors.
• Develop and implement procedures to prevent errors.
• Complete forms, charts, and reports as required.
• Record vital signs and report any adverse reactions.
