Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current Nebraska licensure as a Medication Aide.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough and correct medication check-in with new orders and deliveries.
• Verify MAR matches current orders and follow all medication orders.
• Communicate with Pharmacy, Physicians, and other providers as needed.
• Maintain current Nebraska Medication Aide license on the DHHS registry.
• Follow Waterford policies and procedures and assist with resident care plans as needed.
• Observe and report resident responses to medications and care services.
• Attend meetings and assist in meal distribution when able.
