Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Nebraska licensure as a Medication aide.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough medication check-in with all new orders and deliveries.
• Follow all medication orders and ensure MAR matches current orders.
• Communicate with Pharmacy, Physicians, or other providers as needed.
• Maintain a current Medication Aide license in Nebraska.
• Observe resident responses to medications and report per policy.
• Attend meetings with Administrator, Director of Health Care and Waterford RN.
• Assist dietary department with beverages and meal distribution when able.
