Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to organize and perform required skills with interruptions.
• Must understand aging population needs and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough and correct medication check-in with new orders and deliveries.
• Verify MAR matches current orders and follow all medication orders thoroughly.
• Communicate with Pharmacy, Physicians, or other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain a current Nebraska Medication Aide license on the DHHS registry.
• Observe and report resident responses to medications and care services.
• Attend meetings with Administrator and Waterford RN and participate as requested.
