Hand & Stone Richmond West End is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment—it's a chance to positively impact clients' lives with innovative services and customized long-term plans.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active license, provide top-tier facials, design progressive treatments, and educate clients for at-home regimens.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
