Hand & Stone Richmond West End is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests with personalized skincare in a welcoming spa setting.

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while helping clients reach skincare goals through tailored treatments.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance and comply with licensing laws.
• Provide world class client experience and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform top-level esthetic services for guests.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare.
• Create an excellent client experience with a friendly attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
