Job summary

Hand & Stone Fredericksburg is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment, it's a chance to positively impact lives with innovative services and long-term plans.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active license, carry liability insurance, provide top-level services, design progressive treatment plans, and build strong client relationships while contributing to sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to guests by performing top-level esthetics services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on client skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops/webinars.
