Job summary

Hand & Stone Chesterfield is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team at FGG Spa, LLC in Chesterfield, VA. You will provide high-quality facial and skincare services, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming spa experience.

Maintain licensing, carry liability insurance, and stay compliant with state regulations while designing progressive treatment plans and offering homecare guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience during services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.

Responsibilities

• Perform top-level esthetic services to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Create personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Contribute to achieving sales and performance goals as directed by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
