Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is recruiting licensed estheticians for our Mooresville spa. You will deliver premium facial and skincare services, craft progressive treatment plans, and help clients feel their best. The role emphasizes client relations, ongoing education, and contributing to a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with team support, ongoing training, and potential for advancement within the Hand & Stone network.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an esthetician in a spa environment
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to members and guests
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on trainings, workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state

Schedule expectations:

Few weekend shifts and a weekend day mandatory.
