Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of our facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Key duties include driving regional maintenance programs, coordinating with store managers and vendors, tracking performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance through inspections and permit

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• OR 3 years' experience in the above areas with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region (~50% or more).
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing.
• Participate in training to meet regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections.
• Obtain and secure necessary permits and schedule inspections as required.
