You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably while supporting associates and customers.

Travel ~50% within the region, collaborate with Store Managers and leadership, work with vendors, and maintain licenses and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years’ experience in facilities management or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master Electrician License in the working state; compliance with licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; ensure safe, efficient, sustainable facilities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors/ contractors; monitor performance and quality.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility operations and metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and obtain permits; schedule inspections.
