Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.

• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on service needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Handle reporting and analytics related to maintenance programs.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training programs and site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
