Job summary

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3-5 years optimal).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership skills: able to lead, motivate, develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region is approximately 50% or more.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address facility service needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
