Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years optimal).
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills: able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving: root cause analysis.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities within a regional area.

• Maintain contractor licenses and schedule inspections as required.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Support budgeting and resource planning for facilities operations.
