Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in surveying, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor designation required.

Responsibilities

• Map detailed survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D (Topographic, ROW, Records, Parcels, Final Maps, ALTA/ACSM).
• Download and process field data.
• Perform computations for surveys, plats, easements, etc.
• Prepare legal descriptions and easement exhibits.
• Compile and research title documents and record mapping.
• Perform field work with Trimble Robotic and GPS equipment if needed.
• Project management duties: proposals, budgets, schedules and billings.
