Job summary

UNICO Engineering, Inc. is seeking a California Licensed Land Surveyor to lead surveying work from our Concord office. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with client standards, and expand the statewide survey department, especially in the Bay Area. Clear driver’s license and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant surveying experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor designation required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in surveying or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Map detailed survey drawings (Topographic, Right of Way, Record of Surveys, Parcels, Final Maps, ALTA/ACSM).
• Download and process field data.
• Perform computations for surveys, plats, easements, etc.
