Qualifications

• Licensed in California as a Professional Land Surveyor (or actively seeking licensure).
• 5+ years of management experience, including supervision of multiple crews.

• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and drone operations; familiarity with county agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Records of Survey, LLAs, Certificates of Compliance, and subdivisions.
• Prepare proposals and service agreements for potential clients.
• Occasionally perform field work and manage field crew schedules.
• Coordinate with agencies and clients to meet project goals.
• Submit survey reports and maintain records; stay updated on regulations.
