Job summary

UNICO Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Land Surveyor to perform office and field tasks including ALTA, topographic, and parcel mapping for diverse projects.

You will prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for easements, compile title documents, and research mapping records in a fast-growing consulting environment. The role requires boundary knowledge, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hands-on survey field work using Trimble equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of boundary and legal principles.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for survey drawings.
• Field survey experience using Trimble GPS equipment preferred.
• Experience in land development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map detailed survey drawings (Topographic, ALTA/ACSM, Records of Survey, Parcel Maps).
• Download and process field data.
• Perform computations for surveys, plats, easements, etc.
