Job summary

Gersh Autism is seeking a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Issaquah (Cougar Mountain), WA to lead behavior interventions for students aged 5–21. You will develop and implement BIPs, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with speech, OT, and education teams to support holistic growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst in WA (LABA).
• Enrolled in a Master’s program for ABA.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and FBAs to identify needs and plan BIPs.
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Implement data collection systems and analyze data to assess effectiveness.
• Train and support staff, teachers, and families for consistent ABA practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students holistically.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and ABA ethics.
• Maintain open communication with families to provide guidance.
