Job summary

Gersh Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Issaquah, WA school. You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, write behavior intervention plans, design and implement ABA interventions, and monitor progress for K-12 students in a school setting.

You will collaborate with teachers and behavior technicians, supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates and RBTs, and use ACE ABA Software for data collection.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop IEP or treatment goals.
• Write behavior intervention plans and design/implement interventions.
• Evaluate progress for students on caseload.
• Collaborate with teachers and behavior technicians in school setting.
• Supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates and RBTs.
