Job summary

Magnolia Behavior Therapy in DuPont, WA is seeking a LABA to join our autism-focused team. This full-time position provides clinic and home-based ABA therapy to children, and you will help develop individualized treatment plans with a collaborative, supportive approach.

You will supervise and train Behavior Technicians, collect data to guide decisions, and participate in ongoing professional development in a nurturing environment that values growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a WA LABA license and pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in ABA Therapy, autism education, and behavior management.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and/or home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in DuPont and surrounding areas.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
