Alejandra De La Torre - State Farm Agency in Round Rock, TX is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help customers with insurance needs, provide solutions, and drive sales in a supportive local office.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining licenses, and delivering friendly customer service, with opportunities for advancement within the agency and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Must have Property & Casualty license (required).
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date).
• Working Hours: M–Th 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Insurance sales experience and P&C/LH licenses preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers.

Alejandra De La Torre - State Farm Agency, located in Round Rock, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

• Must live within a 20-mile radius of office
• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
• Working Hours (flexible) M-Th 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and F 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
