Alejandra De La Torre - State Farm Agency in Round Rock, TX is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help customers with insurance needs, provide solutions, and drive sales in a supportive local office.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, maintaining licenses, and delivering friendly customer service, with opportunities for advancement within the agency and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Must have Property & Casualty license (required).
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date).
Working Hours: M–Th 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Insurance sales experience and P&C/LH licenses preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Ability to effectively relate to customers.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
