Kelli Swart Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed, sales-driven insurance professional in Rogers, MN to build relationships, earn trust, and help customers protect what matters most. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes competitive compensation and advancement opportunities.

Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required. We support licensing progress with study resources, coaching, and team mentorship to help you become fully licensed before joining us.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close business.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and renewals.
• Conduct policy reviews to help customers maintain the right protection.
• Process applications, policy changes, and endorsements accurately.
• Stay current on products, industry updates, and agency offerings.

Licensing Requirement
