Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required prior to your start date.
• State Farm agency experience is a plus.
• Previous insurance, account management, or customer service experience preferred.

• Provide professional support during claims-related conversations.

Kelli Swart State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Manager.

This position centers on delivering excellent service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping policyholders feel supported throughout every stage of their experience with our agency. The right person will be organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of service needs while helping ensure customer accounts remain accurate and up to date.

There may be opportunities to identify additional coverage needs during service conversations, but the primary focus of this role is customer care, retention, and relationship management.

Licensing Requirement
