Job summary

The Sue Grieme Agency, representing Horace Mann Insurance in Burnsville, Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You will engage with individuals and families, guiding them through auto, home, and life insurance needs while building lasting client relationships.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available with different compensation structures. A strong focus on customer service and cross-selling opportunities will help you grow

Qualifications

• MN State Insurance License or ability to obtain.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A genuine interest in helping people protect their future.
• Self-starter mentality and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
• Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, focusing on life, auto, and home policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products.
• Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
• Required to take inbound calls and provide customer service.
