Bet On You LLC | An Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Sales Producer who will turn conversations into relationships and close insurance sales. You will connect with new leads and existing customers, explain coverage options, and help them choose confidently.

The role includes daily coaching and multiple lead sources to build momentum. You’ll join a motivated team that values great service, meeting goals, and growth opportunities while working from home with a focus on

Qualifications

• Active insurance producer license (2-20)
• Sales experience with a track record
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to explain insurance clearly
• Motivated by goals and team wins
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
• Basic computer literacy for policy systems

Responsabilités

• Call new leads by phone, prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and build a pipeline through referrals and networking.
• Assist existing customers with additional coverage as needed.
• Meet sales goals while maintaining helpful, professional interactions.
• Keep customer information and notes accurate and up to date.
• Complete required product and compliance training.

What you’ll do

Requirements

You’ll do well here if you:

• Have an active insurance producer license 2-20
• Sales experience
