Bet On You LLC | An Allstate Insurance Agency in Florida is seeking a Licensed Sales Producer. You will transform conversations into relationships, explain insurance options, and help customers choose coverage confidently. We provide leads, daily coaching, and a collaborative team environment to drive momentum.

Position offers hourly base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and work-from-home flexibility. A 2-20 license and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active insurance producer license (2-20) required.
• Sales experience with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills for policy systems navigation.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads by phone, prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and build a pipeline through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Requirements
