Job summary

Bet On You LLC, an Allstate Insurance Agency, seeks a Licensed Sales Producer in Florida to turn conversations into relationships and relationships into sales. You’ll connect with prospects, explain coverage options, and help customers choose with confidence. We provide leads and daily coaching to help you build momentum.

You’ll be part of a driven team that values coaching, strong service, and meeting sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active Florida insurance producer license required.
• Sales experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
• Motivated by goals and team wins with strong communication.
• Listen well, explain insurance clearly and simply.
• Handle objections confidently and stay professional.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate policy systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads by phone, prepare quotes, present options and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and build a pipeline through referrals.
• Upsell additional coverage to existing customers when suitable.
• Meet sales goals while ensuring helpful and professional service.
• Keep customer information and notes accurate and up to date.
• Complete required product and compliance training.

What you’ll do

• Connect with new leads by phone, prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and build a pipeline through referrals and networking.
• Find opportunities to help existing customers with additional coverage that fits their needs.
• Meet sales goals while making every customer interaction helpful and professional.
• Keep customer information and conversation notes accurate and up to date.
• Complete required product and compliance training.

Requirements

You’ll do well here if you:

• Have an active insurance producer license in Florida.
• Sales experience
