gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to drive growth in a full-time role. You will focus on developing new business, advising clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and closing skills.
• Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs.
• Recommend insurance products and solutions to help protect clients and their assets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Consistently achieve and exceed established sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Learn operational, leadership, and business management skills through structured programs.
