Job summary

Christine Moscaritolo State Farm is seeking an Account Representative – Insurance Sales (Licensed Required) in Allentown/Schnecksville. This in-office role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with licensing support and coaching to help you grow.

You will drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up, and you’ll quote and close auto, home, renters, life, and health policies while building a solid book of business.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
• Licensing required; obtain before Day 1 if not yet licensed
• Proven ability to drive outbound sales and close opportunities

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health policies
• Conduct coverage reviews to uncover cross-sell and bundles
• Proactively follow up on quotes to maximize conversion
• Build and maintain a strong book of business
• Deliver strong customer service with a sales-first mindset
• Track production metrics and hit or exceed goals
• Contribute to agency revenue growth
