Qualifications
- Valid CA insurance license preferred; must obtain within 45 days.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking.
- Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients.
- Process applications, renewals, and claims for clients.
- Maintain knowledge about available insurance products and regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
