Job summary

Farmers Insurance is hiring Insurance Producers across the San Fernando Valley. Earn a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 with uncapped commission, plus bonus opportunities and strong earning potential for top performers.

You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear career path within Farmers Insurance, with opportunities to lead as you prove your results.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must obtain California Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life licenses after hire.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
• Educate clients on insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies accurately and efficiently.
