Qualifications

• Qualifications include: Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus (but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude is required.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them choose policies that meet their needs
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the agency's growth
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients regularly
