The Bullock Insurance Agency Incorporated in Sandston, VA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join a growing agency. This full-time role focuses on selling Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and other personal insurance products, following up on leads, and cross-selling to existing customers.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Life & Health License is preferred but not required.
• Previous insurance sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and other personal insurance products.
• Follow up on internet leads and inbound quote requests.
• Contact previous customers and win-back opportunities.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and savings opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines.
