Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and a competitive mindset.
• Ability to stay organized, manage follow-ups, and meet performance expectations.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and sales technology.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
