Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance, sales, or customer service experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customers, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Sales Associate by managing post-sale onboarding and new-customer onboarding activities.
• Review new policies for outstanding signatures, documents, payments, inspections, and underwriting requirements.
• Document customer contacts, pending items, and follow-up activities in eAgent and agency systems.
• Assist customers with home inspections, underwriting requirements, Drivewise enrollment, and other new-policy requirements.
• Monitor mortgagee-billed policies for payment and provide lenders with coverage evidence as needed.
• Guide customers through canceling policies with their previous insurance carrier.
• Send thank-you cards to new customers as part of onboarding.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment by handling calls, messages, and payments; support policy documents and billing inquiries.
• Perform additional sales-support, customer-service, and administrative duties as assigned.
