The role focuses on onboarding, licensing, and access management, across internal and external partners, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

The position is remote, offering a pay range of 65,000 to 75,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales operations, call center support, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales Agent onboarding and offboarding, including system access, licensing, and appointments.
• Submit, track, and maintain system access requests and credentials.
• Partner with Licensing, IT, Training, and other teams to resolve administrative issues.
• Maintain Sales Agent rosters, distribution lists, and access records.
• Organize Sales policies, procedures, and reference materials for easy access.
• Manage Do Not Call (DNC) list maintenance for compliance.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Leadership and Managers.
• Identify licensing, appointment, credential, onboarding, or access issues.
• Support QA with monthly reports and audit results to track quality trends.
