Job summary

Ezway Insurance Group is seeking licensed, goal-oriented sales professionals for a high-earning, inbound contact role. This position focuses on closing auto, home, trucking, and other personal and commercial policies entirely over the phone, using provided qualified leads.

Expect a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with uncapped commissions and strong opportunities within a rapidly expanding agency. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Must be licensed in Texas.
• Life & Health license is a plus.
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and warm prospects provided by the company.
• Sell personal and commercial insurance policies (auto, home, trucking, and more).
• Build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Follow up with prospects and maximize every opportunity.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products.
