As part of our independent agency, you will prospect, consult on coverage, sell and service personal and commercial policies, and build long-term client relationships to drive retention.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or a related sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with agency management software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus in the Houston market.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
