The Juris Agency in Texas is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to serve as a trusted advisor for Property & Casualty or Group Health solutions. You will prospect new business, hit sales goals, and build lasting client relationships with strong training and support to help you succeed.

This role offers paid PTO, health insurance, career growth opportunities, and a flexible work location with a Mon-Fri schedule, plus base pay with commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty or Group Insurance license required.
• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on Property & Casualty or Group Insurance sales.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other methods.
• Create tailored insurance quotes and guide clients through closing the sale.
• Listen to and address client concerns clearly and professionally.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit growth targets.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
