Job summary

Gerardo Soto Farmers Insurance in Moreno Valley, CA seeks a licensed Insurance Producer to grow the agency through exceptional service and proactive marketing. You will generate new business, service clients, and build referral relationships in a sales-driven role.

The position offers training, growth opportunities, and a Monday–Friday schedule with potential bonuses based on performance. You will be supported by a small, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty License required within 30 days of hire.
• Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Outbounds calls and prospect follow-up experience.
• CRM experience, preferably AgencyZoom.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through phone calls, referrals, networking, and internet leads.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Follow up on leads using CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
• Participate in local marketing events and community outreach.
• Assist with social media marketing and online reputation management.
• Request customer reviews and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance.
