You will call and follow up with leads, quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other coverages, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Confident asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time in Mission Viejo office.
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
• Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain the required license within the required timeframe.
