Confie, a leading private insurance broker in the U.S., seeks an Insurance Agent in Moreno Valley, CA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance, with potential to add homeowners and health coverage, using inbound leads and walk-ins.

We offer $31–$72 hourly, sign-on bonus up to $4,000, paid training and licensing, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan with company matching, and uncapped commissions. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus; High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred, company supports obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions to clients.
• Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system.
