Farmers Insurance Agency in Carson, CA is seeking a motivated Agency Producer to join our in-person sales team. You will help clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry, selling Farmers Insurance products and building lasting relationships with customers.

This role rewards performance with a base salary plus commission, offers opportunities for advancement, and provides training and development in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, Commercial or Life, Health insurance (required).
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
• Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
• Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
