Advantixx Insurance Group is hiring a Licensed Insurance Producer for Property & Casualty in Henderson. The role focuses on developing new personal-lines business by understanding client needs, presenting tailored coverage options, and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include responding to leads, quoting Auto/Home/Renters products, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining CRM records and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty license is preferred; candidates able to obtain licensing promptly may be considered.
• Sales or customer-service experience with strong communication and follow-through.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable using technology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
